By using the service, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of the contracting organization.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, tenant isolation, or usage limits.
• Do not reverse engineer the service unless expressly permitted by law.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Pricing, limits, and commercial terms follow the subscribed plan. Cancellations and plan changes follow the active billing policy.

5. Privacy and data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable for B2B customers, in the DPA.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to the limitations and disclaimers set out in these terms and the applicable commercial agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, interfaces, trademarks, and related Cadenio materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of terms violations, platform abuse, or legal requirement.

9. Updates and governing terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or commercial changes. The published version with its update date is the current reference.
